What is covered by Build & Manage?
Build & Manage covers the hosting and maintenance defined in your agreement. New features, redesigns and additional development are scoped separately. It is not an arbitrary fee for software access, but dedicated operational support for your custom asset.
What is included in Build & Handover?
The handover schedule identifies the source code, project repositories, deployment configurations, environment documentation, third-party access transfers, and recorded knowledge-transfer sessions for your team or chosen provider.
Who owns the intellectual property?
Client-specific work and custom code transfers on completion and full payment, subject to the agreement. Pre-existing frameworks and third-party libraries retain their standard open-source or commercial terms.
Can we switch from Build & Manage to Handover later?
Yes. Tell us at any point or agree upon it at the outset. The agreement can define a future handover path, responsibilities, and any transitional assistance.
